Website Terms & Disclosures

Read these important details before starting tax services, using the portal or reviewing financing information.

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These are general terms for the public website. A separate tax-preparation engagement, loan agreement or tax-professional agreement may govern an actual service relationship.

Informational website

Content is general information and not individualized tax, legal or financial advice. We may update services, resources and availability without notice.

Service inquiries are not tax filing

Submitting a form, opening a portal account or sending documents does not by itself file a tax return or establish that the office has accepted an engagement. Identity verification, supporting records, applicable disclosures, written terms and signatures may be required before service begins.

Information accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and for reviewing tax documents and authorizations before approval or signature. Inform the office if circumstances change or a submitted record appears wrong.

Service fees and estimates

Preparation fees and other charges vary with the services required and will be communicated through applicable office and provider terms. An early estimate is not a promise of an actual refund, a fee, a financing offer or an IRS processing date.

Refund advance disclosures

Where available, a refund advance is an optional loan provided subject to a separate lender's terms and approval, not an IRS refund. Eligibility, annual percentage rate, maximum amount, fees, repayment duties and availability should be reviewed in the current lender disclosures before applying. No approval, loan or amount is guaranteed.

2027 season start and IRS timing

December 28, 2026 is the office's intended early-filing intake date, not an official IRS electronic-filing opening date. The IRS determines when it will begin accepting returns.

Client portal use

Do not share login credentials, attempt to access another person's records or use public inquiry forms for confidential taxpayer material. Sensitive documents should be submitted only through the office-authorized private workflow.

Third-party services

Public forms, the client portal, payment or financing providers, and other linked services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their requirements apply where relevant.

Tax professional opportunities

Professional training, software, co-brand and independent contractor opportunities require separate eligibility review and written terms. Any income or business result is not guaranteed.
